There is a one-time digitizing fee. Fees are waived on some large orders and some sales. Contact us to see if you qualify for this, or to get a quote on the cost of digitizing for your job.
Digitizing refers to the process of creating a digital file that contains instructions for an embroidery machine to follow in order to recreate a design on fabric. This process involves creating a digital version of the design, breaking it down into individual stitches, and assigning each stitch to a specific color of thread. The resulting digital file can then be loaded into an embroidery machine, which uses it to guide the movement of the needle and thread as it embroiders the design onto the fabric.
5-10 Business days is our production time. There are times when orders are finished earlier than that. We generally give you a time frame upon ordering.
Yes! However, on only one item, it will be priced retail and applicable digitizing and embroidery fees will apply.
Center Front is about 5.5 x 2 high. Offset front panel (over right eye or over left eye) is 2.75x2. In theory though we can sew 270 degrees on a hat without taking it off the machine, (roughly ear to ear) but that doesn't work with all designs.
Yes we can! Though, it is an additional cost. Note that not all logos will work for this. It's better if you have a logo with wider lettering/graphics. Thin lettering or too large of a filled area does not turn out well with puff embroidery.
No, that type of hat is sewn before it was actually a hat, in other words they did the embroidery before sewing the hat together.
Yes! For an additional fee. Just keep in mind though the smaller you go the harder it becomes to embroider.
Pretty much anything that the sewing arm of the machine fits into, we can embroider! If you aren't sure, just ask!
