Screen PRinting FAQ

 Commonly from the time we receive your payment till the time the order is completed is 5-10 business days. When you submit a quote we generally give you an idea when it would print as well. 

With screen printing, each color and each print location requires a separate screen to be created and used in the printing process. Each screen must be carefully aligned and registered with the others to ensure that the final print is accurate and high quality. All of these factors contribute to the increased cost when using more colors or printing in multiple locations.

It's also worth noting that using more colors or printing in multiple locations typically requires more time and labor, which also contributes to the increased cost. Overall, the more print locations and colors in the printing job, the more it will cost due to the additional materials, time, and labor required.

The minimum order is 12 pieces for screen printing. You can split this up between sizes, apparel colors, apparel types, as long as ink color(s)/print locations/print sizes stay the same across all garments. Please not that your print for an adult sized shirt may not fit on a youth shirt in all instances.  

T-shirts (short sleeve/long sleeve), Hoodies,  Workwear, Ladies Tank Tops, Ladies' T’s, Jackets, Aprons, Tote/Gym Bags. Youth and infant sizes of apparel are available. Get creative, we can most likely put your logo on it! 

That is a loaded question, that always depends on what's already on our plate. However, many times we can make it happen. We have been known to turn around orders very quickly if the customer is in a rush and has the correct files. Never hurts to ask, but please if your on a deadline, let us know that right away so we can try to make it happen. 

No problem at all as long as the ink colors stay the same. We can even change ink colors (wash out screen/dry/reset press). However there may be a small fee for ink changeover, contact us on that. 

We do not guarantee color matching. Closest color of ink is always used. If you have an exact color of ink you want us to use please let us know (brand/model/PMS Color (additional costs)).

Left Chest, Center Chest, Either side of body, upper back, middle back, lower back, upper/lower offset back, and sleeves....lots of places!  

We sort and fold by size and shirt color so you can find what you are looking for quickly. Typically in sets of 12/ea.
