How it works

Screen printing is done by "burning" a screen with your artwork that acts like a stencil. That screen is then used to apply layers of ink on the garment. Each color in the design will require it's own screen. Once all of the colors are applied, the garment is sent through a curing oven where it comes out ready to wear!

We offer a wide variety of specialty inks so you can be sure your design will stand out of the crowd!  Puff inks give the print a raised "puffy" texture. Metallic and shimmer inks add a great sparkle and shine to the print. Water based inks are great for the vintage look and feel.

The Pantone Color System, or PMS, is a standardized color matching system, which is widely used around the world. It was devised to help printers and designers to specify and control colors for printing projects. The Pantone Color System allows you to specify colors that cannot be mixed in traditional CMYK.
